FLST meet schedule

All swimmers are required to check in with coaches as
directed for each meet.
Generally, swimmers are expected to be on deck ready for
assigned warm-ups by 4:30pm.
By JSL regulations, meets begin at 6pm and will end at a
time agreed to by mutual decision of the teams’ Meet Directors, generally
around 10pm.

There
is not enough time to swim all events for all age groups, at each of the
regular season meets, so the JSL uses two meet formats (MR/LF and IM/FR). The JSL order of events includes
info on the order of events in each meet format, which age groups participate in
which events, the length of each race, and the meaning of each race number.
Parents are responsible for checking this location for their
volunteer assignment each week.
The assignments are posted on Monday prior to the Wednesday
meet. If you are unable to fulfill your assignment either in person or by
providing your own replacement, your account will be assessed the meet buy-out
fee.
